2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, and/or making a purchase on colorinmexico.com, the user (hereinafter, the “Customer”) expressly and unconditionally agrees to these Terms and Conditions. If the Customer does not agree to them, the Customer must refrain from using the website or purchasing products.

3. Products and Prices

  • Availability: All products are subject to stock availability. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, the Customer will be notified and offered either a full refund or an exchange for another product.
  • Prices: Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include value-added tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated.
  • Changes: Ikóniko SAPI de CV reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, the price in effect when the Customer confirms an order will be honored.

4. Payment Methods

The following secure payment methods are accepted through our authorized payment gateways:
  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Cash payment at participating convenience stores (OXXO)
  • Digital payment services (PayPal, Apple Pay)
An order will not be considered complete or be shipped until payment has been confirmed.

5. Shipping and Delivery Times

  • Coverage: We ship throughout Mexico and to major international destinations.
  • Carriers: Orders are shipped through [Estafeta, FedEx, Paquetexpress, 99 Minutos, etc.].
  • Estimated timeframes: Delivery times vary by carrier. The system will automatically select the best option based on delivery time and price for the postal code entered.
  • Delays: The company is not responsible for delays directly attributable to the carrier or events of force majeure, but it will provide package-tracking support.

6. Cancellations

  • An order may be canceled by emailing hola@colorinmexico.com, provided Ikóniko confirms that the order has not yet shipped.
  • The refund will be issued after deducting the 5% platform fee charged to Ikoniko for the transaction.

7. Personal Data Protection

Data collected during the purchase process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice and Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
Ikoniko SAPI de CV does not store banking information because it uses the Stripe platform to process transactions.
